Yes, I coated the bottom of my inflatable a couple of years ago. It worked very well to stop some pinhole leaks. The downside is that marine critters LOVE to grow on it. After three days in salt water I had a multitude of little barnicals, etc. If you decide to use it, follow the manufactures recommendations for thinning. I didn't and ended up with a rather uneven coating.
