On our 2003 331 (which we've had for just 3 weeks) there are only four lines led aft to the cockpit. Main sheet, outhall, mast furling line all make sense, but I don't see the value of the jib halyard led to the cockpit. It would seem that the boom vang line would be much more useful. That change would take at least one new cleat on the mast for the jib halyard. Anyone tried rearranging the lines led to the cockpit?

I added another bank of Spinock clutches aft. That allowed me to bring the tack line for the Gennaker aft. Also my gennaker halyard and eventual spinnaker pole topping lift will be led aft. I also have the vang and the outhaul led to the cockpit. Its not necesarry, just convenient.

To assume you have roller furling, once the jib is up you can forget it. Put another cleat on the mast and tie the jib halyard off there. If you get cleats from USSpars, get the metal ones. Get a couple extra cleats. I put one on the other side of the boom so there is one on each side, forward. I added maybe 6 cabintop line stoppers on my 323.
