Limber holes

Limber holes run aft from near the head to somewhere. But where? I’ve run a snake down the port-side hole and it seems to go farther than the pump well. On the starboard side the snake stops short of the well. Anyone else been poking around and found out where they drain?

According to the blue prints, they both go to the sump. I've never tried to run anything through them, but I can see where they come out. All the wiring is run above the overhead.
