Lifting Sling for asking Zodiac 310

I've worked out which Davit System to install on my H 44 (kato islander) but am know trying to think through how to attach a lifting harness to my Zodiac 310 wood floor board dinghy. I'm thinking of installing two bolt eyes through the wood transom but not quite sure how to deal with the bow. Would it be ok to attach the harness to the handle at the front of the dinghy or perhaps the two tow rings. If I go with the tow tow rings I probably need to consider the abrasion as the harness will constantly rub against the outside of the tubes. I'm pretty sure someone has already figured this out.

My rigid fiberglass bottom came with a molded in area with a d ring. It handles the lifting bridle and the anchor line. Maybe you could do something with large backing plates to sandwich the wood?

Like this. If you look closely, there are pads glued to the tubes, loops through the floor boards, and most imporatnatly, tricing lines under the dinghy. If an inflatable wit ha wooden floor looses pressure--and it will when you are away--the suport from underneath it what keeps it safe.
