Boat lifting
I have an O'day 20 that I had to remove the centerboard on. A friend of mine and I used to floor jacks and a 6 x 6 beam padded with towels. We placed the beam right in front of the center board housing with the ends out on either side of the trailer and put the jacks on the end of the beam. Raising the jacks at the same time, we placed blocks on the trailer to hold the boat up off of it. I would guess this would work on your boat also. The main thing is to lift it slow and watch it all time for any unusual twisting and turning. We had three people involved in the operation. We left the stern of the boat resting on the trailer. My email is Cwyalie@Oakweb.com if you want more info.
