lift points on 1995 ledgend 35.5

Getting soft deck on my 1995 Hunter Legend 35.5.. this if forward of the mast port side and aft of the mast on starboard. All around the mast is solid and I can't figure out where the penetration would be.... If anyone else has heard of these two areas being vulnerable and why and where from,, I'd appreciate some input..
I don't have any soft spots on my 35.5, but here are a few possible places to check. I was getting water running down the mast compression post after a hard rain when I first bought the boat. After a suggestion from this board, I injected silicone in the wiring riser that goes into the bottom of the mast. If the mast drain holes become clog, water can accumulate and overflow the riser.
Another potential place is the seals around the skylights. These shrink with age and may begin to leak. The problem is that once water gets into the boat, it can travel anywhere.
