if you know what brand it is you may contact manufacturer and maybe they will seel or give you one otherwise you may have to just replace the whole p-h

Until you find the proper one, you may get by with a cheap ballpoint pen spring that you will cut to the proper length. I jury rigged one of my finger busters latch that way a few years ago and it is still there. Good luck

a picture of the hook would have been a help. Hardware stores have alot of springs. might not be ss, but it will get you back in service.

Where have you tired so far?
There's Mason's, Genco, Holland Marine all in your area. If they don't have, could get or point you in the right direction.
