LIfe-Seal vs anything else

I have been using Life-Seal for about seven years. I use it for bedding all metal and plastic fittings and for virtually all other above-waterline sealing jobs. I like the workability and characteristics of it much better than polysulfides and pure polyurethane sealants. My boat is mainly daysailed and always trailer-stored and covered at my house when not in use. My question is: am I using the best product for these tasks? It seems others prefer the polysulfides (Life-Calk) and pure polyurethanes (3M 4200/5200) for most bedding/sealing jobs. I'd rather keep on using the Life-Seal than switch to something else. I think this stuff is the greatest.

I like Life Seal also

I have tried Life-Caulk and I find that its not ideal It is the messiest thing I have ever used, takes a week or more to set and just an overall pain. So even though I have used and like Life Seal for hatch bedding, I would never use it for a thru-hull or to bond a block of wood onto the Hull (I use 4200/5200 for that)
