Life line grommet?

Has anyone found a supplier for those plastic grommets in the stanchions that the lifelines pass thru? On my Hunter 29.5 they have an OD. of 3/8 and ID. of 3/16. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Plastic shroud covers

They come in many diameters, in 6ft. lengths. One should be enough to do all your stanchions. Roc
