Hi.
The last time I had to get a part that wasn't available, I called Beneteau Customer Service and they were kind enough to point me to a used parts dealer in Georgia who had the part. I'm sorry I don't remember the details as it was last year but they were great about it. They didn't just say call Lewmar. Super helpful for me.
If the entire traveler is a Lewmar product, there should be Lewmar cheek blocks that are direct replacements. If that's not the case is should be easy to simply replace the sheaves by disassembling the existing blocks.
You haven't mentioned whether you need the blocks for the outboard ends of the track, or for the traveler car., although neither should be a problem.
I almost scrapped the Lewmar traveler, as the effort to adjust it was a killer. I finally noticed that several of the original sheaves (made of a soft plastic with no bearings) harder eloped flat sides. I replaced all the original sheaves with Harken bearing sheaves (I believe they are 1 1/8" diameter) and the results were incredible.
Thanks everyone for their input, the plastic sheaves in the end car are worn, can't find customer service phone number on Beneteau web site. Beneteau dealer said they would help, but I haven't heard back.
Cest La Vie , I think you got the right idea, I will have to check if the ID of the Harken is the right dimension.
