Lewmar H2 Windlass not working

Hi All,
Commissioned my boat yesterday and have found that the windlass does not seem to be working. The boat is a Beneteau 423. 2006

There is a 80 amp breaker near the battery switches that is Ok and then another 3 amp fuse located forward near the windlass. These fuses are OK.

No power at the up/down connector switch.

No moving the chain up or down or any movement of the windlass.

Tried combinations with key on, engine on too.

Any ideas?

No power at the up/down connector switch.

Work your way back from the up/down switch to find where the power is interrupted. Check to make sure there is power at the solenoid near the windlass.
