My C22 rudder broke and fell to the bottom of the river, what is the length of the actual kick-up rudder? going to make one from plastic.

Most plastics don't have the tensile or torsional strength to work as a rudder. Making one of foam and fiberglass or marine plywood would make much more sense.
C22 rudder length
making it from HDPE plastic. same as other rudders sold. Still needing the length of a C22 kick-up rudder ASAP. Can anyone help me out?
