Guess what I found in my archives? A 1988 Hunter 45 promotional video. As I recalled I sent them $10 deposit and they sent me the video. I guess I forgot to send it back. It's a pretty good flick about how they're made and points on sailing. If anyone wants it e-mail me at heatkits@meadiaone.net

Who'd though so many would be interested in this old tape. Okay... Here's the deal, since my second VCR is up on the boat (50 miles away) and I don't trust my ability to make a quality copy. I'm sending the tape to Phil, since he was the first to respond. Perhaps with his wizardry he can make better copies for the ones who want it and he has plans to make down loadable excerpts available on the site (Boy, that's going to be one long download) I think the tape is 20 - 30 min long. I reviewed it again last night, it makes you want run out and buy a Legend 45.... But those actors are a hoot, esp. the guy that plays Warren Lurrs needs more acting lessons. The boat seems to be missing something... That's it... The arch!...

...usually state "without the express written permission" of the copyright holder. Certainly we can get "express written permission" to share it with Hunter Owners in a non-commercial fashion, don't ya think?

Warren Luhrs is a kid! Othewise, it's what you'd expect. the boat looks pretty cool, there are some good shots of the factory (same place as now). the equipment and methods have changed somewhat, but the place looks basically the same. I'm off the a video duplicator to make some copies and will be back in touch in a few days.
