Recently purchased the boat but anything that wasn't nailed down or bonded was stolen. So I guess I basically purchased a hull. Scoured the internet to no avail. Does anyone have a pattern or measurements of the interior cushions for this boat or know a company that does. Also wanted to know that winches (size) came standard on this boat. Thanks

There are plenty of outfits that do upholstery, many specializing in marine jobs... Google should be your friend locally.
This is a fairly expensive job if it's for all the cushions originally provided. Do get a range of estimates (cost and timeline) before committing to a supplier - there can be a vast range in costs depending on the outfit, and the foam & materials chosen.
A marine specialty upholsterer might be preferred because no boat cushions are straightforward, or square, and custom fit angles where necessary make a big difference...

And btw.... SHAME on whoever left you in this circumstance!

Was the stuff ripped off listed on the sales ad? Usually in a sale the included equipment is clearly Itemized in the ad, which is the basis for negotiation. If that stuff is missing the final sales price should reflect that. if the stuff was listed and was lifted after the deal closed it is theft.

I used US Yacht Cushions in St. Petersburg. They were supplying cushions to Hunter during the earlier days and have the patterns for the Hunter Legends. I don't know if they are still in the business; ya might try a call to 727-322-5352 to see if they still can help.

Thank you for your suggestions. It was not theft, I purchased the boat from the marina this way. The previous owner left it in this state for whatever reason. Will reach out to them next week. Still needing to know what size winches were standard on the 35.5. If anyone with that same boat could reply, it would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the question you need resolved, or possibly?
What size winch will serve to make sailing my boat effective and efficient?

Here is the spec's on a similar boat.

Lewmar has a guide for that.

In my experience, I like to get a size bigger than the margin, if my platform has the space to fit the winch. I found the Lewmar EVO's to be far superior to the likely Barients that were possibly OEM winches for your boat. I would also get Self Tailing winches. If you get the EVO winches, you can be positioned to add power in the future. That is something never considered by the builder.

So even the bolted-down winches are missing? Yikes.

As @jssailem said, upsizing might be in order. My 1988 O’Day 322 had Barlow 19’s on the cabintop and Barlow 23’s as primaries. The 19’s were single speed.

I eventually upgraded my winches when I came across a pair of Barlow 27’s to use as primaries, and I moved the Barlow 23’s to the cabin top. The 27’s are beasts, and much more powerful than the 23’s and having 2-speed winches on the cabin top for halyards, etc is great.

Good luck with your project.

Greg
