Make your own. It's easy. Search google for covering sailboat steering wheel with leather. I searched that when I covered my wheel with leather. What you end up doing is cutting strips of leather to the proper length and width to cover your rail. Punch holes along the edges for the thread. Then wrap the leather around the rail and sew it up. Anybody with basic skills can do it. I got my leather and 6 hold punch from Tandy Leather Company. Remember circumfrence = Pi x Diameter.

I love leather on boats and have wrapped my own steering wheel. However, I did hear that stainless steel will rust if not exposed to air but that may take a long time. Anyway, I suggest you go the a leather store, buy some supplies and do the work yourself. Is easy and fun.
