Leaky Ports on Hunter 27

I have a 1980 Hunter 27 with leaky ports. The ports are made by Gray and I'm trying to find replacement parts but I can never find ports that match mine in that the measurements don't line up. I've tried lens only and outside measurement meaning outside of frame.

17.5 x 10.5 outside dimension. Opening is 8 by 15.5

8 x 14.5 Outside dimension. Opening 6 x 12.5

Am I doing something wrong?

Gray is still in business in Tampa, FL. They are now a division of Bomar under Pompanette LLC. They have an online catalog with the different parts available by size. I don't have the local phone number anymore but it should not be hard to find in the yellow pages. They used to take credit card orders.
