Leaky Opening port Lewmar "Old Standard" size 1

I have a 1988 catalina 30 sick and tired of trying to get the ports from leaking. I have decided to just replace them. My question is do they still make the old standard size 1 and where can you get them. Cut out dimensions: 6-3/4" x 13-5/8". Any help or advise is appreciated
