Leaky Mast

I just purchased a 1995 Hunter 336 and in a recent heavy rain, there was significant water entering the cabin via the mast support and the wiring harness. Has anyone had this problem and successfully resolved it ?

Same here

Olwen, we apparently developed the same over winter with our 1989 Hunter 33.5. I'm still trying to figure out how it's getting in.

Our mast step had been leaking for some time...

when we purchase Belle-Vie in 2002. The link below describes what we did to stop the leak.Terry

This sounds like the likely cause .. down comes the mast again !!
