Is it common to have fresh water leaks? I seem to have them too often, generally caused by washers to and from the hot water tank. These are small blue fibre washers that are difficult to find a supply source for. Anyone else have this problem?

This is a common problem with those washers. They need to be replaced every time you disconnect the hoses to the water heater (as in winterizing and spring comissioning). You can get them from Beneteau (Ward in parts). I just got tired of it and bought a by pass valve kit (~ $22) that I will install once and just flip the switch in Fall and Spring.
Beneteau tells me they don't have the size needed for the 361. What is the pass valve you refer to?
