i bought a 1985 hunter 23 back in sept. and the companion way leaks a lot when it rains i just refinshed all the britework witch i removed form the boat i had the boatcovered with a tarp but i just finished reinstalling the hatchway and han rails on the cabin. but i notised that the water runs down the channel right in to the cabin so today i took the two door slats of and moved them in toward the opening and raised them up so i hope that they will creat a dam to move the water to the outside of them if any one has any ideas it would help thank chris
