HAs anyone here had to fix leaking windows. We found 3 of the ports on our 30 are leaking. I know a quick fix is to seal the outside with caulking. the correct way is to replace the gaskets. How hard is it to replace the window gaskets? Any tips or tricks?

try this link

It seems this will one on my winter project this year, as I have some water coming into the bilge despite the fact that the boat is on the hard! There's a great amount of information on this subject in the archives, worth trying it out. Meanwhile try this link for the C30 Association. Good luck, GG Emilie-jolie #4708 Quebec

Catalina Direct

Catalina Direct has the proper glazing and gaskets for your windows. The frames (if they are the aluminum ones ) split in the middle, top half and bottom half, and are fairly easy to cleanup and reglaze once they are out of the cut_outs in the hull. Just take your time doing them and they will not leak. Make sure to use silicone sealant on the gasket to window and gasket to frame joints.
