I have a 1987 C&C 30 with a bunch of leaks that appear to be around the ports. The water stains and drips below point me that way. The way they are designed, there doesn't appear to be any caulking on the outside around the lexan(which is also cracked). I doubt all the water is entering through the cracks. I've noticed other boats with no caulking so I don't think it was neglected by the PO and is simply gone. It looks like there never was any. Two questions: How can I repair the cracks (they are straight lines from top to bottom, no apparent spaces between the cracks)? And how do I prevent water from entering the boat through the ports? Thanks for any ideas.
