Leaking Hatches, Legend 40.5

Some of our hatches are leaking and we need to replace the rubber seals, does anyone know where to find that in Ontario (Toronto-Kingston-Ottawa area) or near Montreal?

We also need to replace some of the locking mechanisms (handle/tilt mechanism) for some of the ceiling ones.. same question there..

For those who need more info:
the hatches are Lewmar
front deck hatch 24 x 24
aft cabin hatches 15 1/2 x 8 1/8..
