Rainwater gets in where the mast gets through the deck. I sealed everything around the deck but still leaks. Could it be coming in through the mast? Any idea much appreciated. Thanks. Michael.
Masts, especially those /w internal halyards, do leak internally. If your leak is at the partner (deck opening), hard as you've tried, you haven't actually "sealed" the mast-collar joint. Rubber splicing tape works well.
