Lazy jacks for OD28

I am installing lazy jacks (home made) this spring on my OD 28. How high up the mast should the pad eyes be fastened to achieve the correct angle for the lazy jacks to operate properly?

Mike, the easiest way to get all of the information you need is to go on the harken web site. Just pull the manual for their lazy jack system. I did this on my cat 30 and my Oday 222.

Lazy Jacks

I had a system from SailCare that I liked better than the Lazy Jacks that I have on my new (to me) Oday 28. The sail cradle retracks to the mast when not in use so you don't have to modify the sail cover. Just my 2 cents.
