I'm moving my boat from Lake Erie (fresh water) to California (salt water). Are there any modifications that I need to make to my cooling system? Someone told me that saltwater requires a themostat set to a higher temperature is so the salt in the water dissolves.
Also, does anyone have any experience shipping boats across the country. Any tips would be appreciated. I've never done this before.
