I recently had my first order with the Hunter Owners Chandlery and it was "messed up". The good news is that Karisa took very good care to make things right and to keep me informed of the process to fix the order. They fixed the mix-up way beyond my expectations and went the extra mile. If everyone had their idea of customer satisfaction, the World would be a better place to do business. Thanks Hunter Owners Chandlery and especially thanks to Karisa. You'll be seeing business from me again.

I couldn't agree more

Rob, back in December I should have written the same words you did in your post. My order was not "messed up" but there was an issue that Karisa dealt with promptly and more than fairly. Oh that all sellers understood customer relations so well! I can now add that I have returned to purchase again.

Ain't she great? I'd put Karisa and bly's customer service up against anybody's in any business, anywhere. Thanks for the kudos - they are much appreciated here.
