Krusin Kool a/c questions

Anyone with experience with the portable Krusin Kool airconditioner by AquaCal? I am interested in using one or two units to cool my Hunter 37 in Miami. Will one unit( 7,000 btu )be enough? Will the 13.5 foot standard pump/hose be long enough? Thanks

Just got one yesterday

Got one for my H260. They warranty it to deliver 7,000 BTU @ 80 degree water circulating @ 3 GPM @ 85 degree room air at 220 CFM. 115 Volt. The nameplate on the unit says cool a area of 750-1000 Cu.FT. Have not tried it yet

A/C Update

Use the unit this weekend 88 degrees F. and unit cool my H260 in no time. Put the unit on the seat next to table (for support during sail). Unit has only a one speed fan and a noise level about the same as a HO Jo motel room A/C unit at about two feet. It did take a while to get use to the fan running all the time. Still could watch the T.V.. Wife ok's.
