Kiwigrip paint

I just purchased an older Catalina 38 and I thought I would redo some of the deck surfaces using this "Kiwigrip" paint. It seems that the application would be fairly easy using painters tape. Has anyone had any hands on experience with this product?

I applied Kiwigrip grey to the decks of my Mariner. It's even easier to apply than you think, looks great, and grips like the dickens.
After 3 years, however, the edges are lifting a bit. Perhaps more careful sanding at the tape line was in order.
