Kinsale Harbour Or Port Kinsale Marina (VA)?

Looking for a marina for Yukiyu and I am considering Kinsale Harbour and Port Kinsale. Which one do you recommend? Quiet at night? Wakes from boat traffic specially the barge traffic near the grain silos at KH? Thanks Matias

Cobb Island is up the river about 10miles from Kinsale on the Maryland side. We've been there since Nov 02 and have enjoyed it. www.cobbisland.com Jim S/V Java
