Hi Everyone, My wife and I are thinking of buying a Catalina 27. I just ran accoss one in Maryland. But have questions about the kiel. There are horizontal cracks about 1/3 up from the bottom. Is it possible to change the bolts and "retighten" the kiel? There seem to be no cracks closer to the boat. What should I do? Thanks
