Keel Winch Replacement

Hello fellow Sirius owners, I have a Sirius 21 and am in search of a new keel winch. Also, if anyone has replaced one before, what is the best way to go about this task?

(Dutton-Lainson B1202B Heavy Duty Brake Winch, Spur Gear, 1200 lb), is the winch in my Sirius 21'. You can certainly find them on eBay, Amazon or elsewhere. You will need to keep your old crank, or change the shape of the new one.
