I personally do not have any experience with FossFoam but I have heard they are the ones who built the original ones. The Keel or centerboard, since there is no weight in it, is made of a core of foam and then fiberglass. Any local boat repair should be able to give you a price or repair. It weighs around 100 lbs.
Foss Foam makes or has anthing to do with keels. Instead, they make poor quality rudders, IMHO. But if you post a picture of the keel in question or describe the condition it's in,we may be able to help with suggested repairs.
