Would any of you have the measurements for the keel guide? I'm working on a trailer and forgot to measure the keel before launch.:cussing: If you could give me the width and height that would be great. Or tell me where I might find this info.
thanks

Don, you don't mention which of the 2 keels you have on your 34. Mine is the shoal draft version. It is 10' long and about 8" wide at the base. Knowing the draft is 4' 3", you can highball the pictures attached and estimate the height of the keel itself. I've also included the drawings made when I built my cradle. In any case you'll probably need to install adjustable legs so I've also included the drawings made before I built my cradle. Good luck.

Thanks Claude
Sorry about that I have the shoal draft keel. I think it's 10.5 inches wide at it's widest point. So if I make the guide 12 inches wide and about 24 high. What I'm doing is just putting a pair of axles under the cradle and building a hitch onto the cradle. My cradle is made out of 6 in. channel so I've got 4 in. to mount inside of the 6. Since this is a yard trailer never to go on the road I haven't put springs under it.
thanks
