Keel crack Hunter 30 1977

What looks like a surface crack between top of lead part of keel and stub.At the leading edge approx.8 " long on both sides.Also anyone know torque settings for nuts on keel blots.This is a 1977 vintage Hunter 30.

Commonly referred to as the Hunter 'smile' I would lubricate the threads, loosen then torque the nuts one at a time. Torque each one to 250 ft lbs.
