This spring I noticed a small dried trace of water from a spot close to the joint between the hull and keel joint. A very small amount, near the aft end of the fairing. This winter I collected a larger than usual amount of water in the bilges and wondered if the ice, that must have been there all winter, had perhaps forced water down the keel bolts. After drying out all of the water I discovered that the two holes, between the forward and aft bilges, were actually connected to another area that is lower than the level of the bilge.Does anyone know if area is connected to sources of water from the forward of aft areas of the vessel? Could water from the aft deep lockers flow to this area or would that water drain into the upper bilge area?
