Keel bolts

I just had the bottom sand blasted, barrier coated and bottom painted, however I now have a seepage into the bilge that I didn't have prior to the work, any ideas on what I need to do to remedy this? I did check all thru hulls, and the shaft log and found no leaks there, also no fresh water leaks either.

You titled your post, Keel bolts. Is this an area of concern?

I assumed that the bolts would need to be slacked, or removed to properly calk the leak.

I did check all thru hulls, and the shaft log and found no leaks there, also no fresh water leaks either.

No drips from the stuffing box? Ours did after splash. Packing dries and shrinks when on the hard for a period of time, then swells and seals after splash.
