Keel bolt torque specs

Does anyone have the torque specs for the keel bolts on a Hunter Cherubini 33, 1983? The aft most bolt is weeping.

Not specifically, but several months ago the topic of keel bolt torque came up in another forum. Here is a link to a pdf document with info on keel bolts. Good reading. And on the second page is a table giving torque values for different diameter bolts that are common for keels:
