Keel bolt replacement for First 285

I am looking to replace the keel bolts on my 285 they are pretty rusty and the Keel is a little lose. Can this be done in the water or has any one done this before and can lend some advise?

they have a written procedure on how to do replace keel bolts in the water. If its loose, I'd recommend pulling it as you'll have to lay a new bead of 5200 around the keel / hull joint.
