1984 34 ft Hunter...Aft keel bolt support plate is flaking apart.. I need a replacement plate and what the torque of the bolt is suppose to be. Local manufacture might work if i know what material it is suppose to be.

If you look at the Hunter website model information section they do have a spreadsheet with all the specifications for the keel bolts on each model. If the plate is rusted away you might want to inspect the bolts before replacing the plate.
