I installed this setup to get rid of the oil dripping on the fuel filter by sucking up the crankcase bypass gases into the intake manifold.

My air cleaner comes straight out the side. Yours appears to be angled down. Is this just an illusion or have you done something with the air inlet. What model K&N did you use for this? No issues with clearance to the stairs/engine cover?

There are no clearance problems.
No modifications to air intake manifold.
