That Hunter 23.5 has a pretty darn nice cabin for a 23'er. That bunk under the cockpit seems to make a big difference.

I know this area well. My parents live on Table Rock and I've sailed it a couple of times when I owned my 22 footer and trailered it down for a couple of weeks in the summer. Too hot in the summer, but I bet the fall, winter and spring are nice.
As an aside, I suggest you put your ad on this site as well if you haven't already done so. It's inexpensive and I sold mine within two weeks of posting it. I live in WI and the guy who bought it lives in TX. There's no way he would have found it if I didn't have it on a site like this one. I actually towed it to Table Rock and he picked it up there and pulled it back to Corpus Christi.
