Well winter here is just not going away. WE just had the third coldest April on record. Would have been the coldest if not for a few days of seasonal weather the first week. We broke 2 low temperature records, one by 6 degrees. We have had at least 6" of snow last 2 weeks.
All of this has caused a glacier to form just out side my garage doors. I live on a hill and just before the doors there is a drainage that ices up. Well the wife was doing things in the garage so she had her trucked parked out side. She went to go to work and fell on ice that was covered by the fresh snow. She called me, on her cell, to come help her. I ran out to help fell broke two ribs.
Well earlier in the month I uncovered the boat to get it ready to go in the water. So now it is covered in snow and more is expected. So the boat sits with still foots of snow around it which is usually gone by now. I did manage to get the old name off before the fall and this was all I was able to accomplish. I still have a propane control/detector to install. A port-a-potty to finish to install. Put new name on it and wash and wax it.
On the good side I did get a permanent slip so the boat will be in the water all season. I have been able to work even with the broken ribs so that is good thing. But work has been light but that is going tom change next week,I am not sure I will be able to handle it. Time will tell. PLEASE GLOBAL WARMING HURRY UP AND GET HERE!!!!!!!!! What a joke! Greg!
