jib cars made adjustable

We would like to adjust our jib sheet traveler cars from the cockpit. Where can I get necessary hardware?

Garhauer adjustable genoa cars

I tried to use the Garhauer adjustable jib cars on my 43DS. The tracks on my boat are Harken and will not fit the Garhauer cars.
