Java grows up! Joan and I we're about to bottom paint the H260 and start slipping the boat. We had seen the H356 at last years Annapolis and Atlantic City boat shows. We knew we wanted to goto a larger boat in five years, so we decided to go ahead and do it now. We have traded in the H260 for the H356. I took delivery in North Carolina and motor and sailed it north along the ICW. That trip is another story which I need to write up this week. Shall we say is was a WILD trip.Picture is of Java in its new home.Yes Yes I did the proper denaming ceremony and naming for the boats.JimS/V Java

Jim,Congratulations on your upgrade to the 356.The 356 has many features I wish my 340 had but I will have to be content with the 340 for now.Good luck with your new boat. We look forward to hearing about your adventurous trip up the ICW.

Crank her up and get down under to Albany.Congratulations.Hmmmm Looks like I may not be able to keep up with you guys. (I might have to start the motor on the 260)Just a thought. Get hold of Ray and come down together.We have perfect sailing weather in Albany at the moment. There are four or five yachts in the bay at the moment on their circumnavigation of Australia to celebrate the Mathew Flinders voyage.Left home this morning at 4.30 in our little stink boat and caught some nice King George whiting for breaky. Oh you should be here now. It is just picture perfect.
