I am helping a friend of mine that owns a Beneteau 30 and we cannot turn the backstay adjuster. Has anyone had this problem and if so would you please share it with us. Bob is the owner and he can't remember which way it turns to loosing it. I assume it is counter clockwise. Thanks for any input Robin and Bob
