Jabsco Manual toilet on 321

Our manual toilet was new last year. After taking out of winter storage, the waste pump side works fine, but it won't pump in fresh water. I checked all hoses and all clamps are secure. Doesn't appear to be any hose damage. I will check for blockages in fresh water line. Any suggestions before I start taking apart the toilet?

top valve gasket

You can try re-seating the top valve gasket or get a replacement. This seems to be a common problem with the jabsco unit.

I reset the top gasket as you suggested. Works great! Thank you, Walter.
