I have Hunter sailboat with a Jabsco manual head that pumps directly into the holding tank which is empty. When I switch to "wet" the bowl it doesn't pump any raw water into the bowl but pumps the water in the bowl into the holding tank same as when I flip the switch to the right to "dry". I tried priming the head with fresh water but kept pumping the water out into the holding tank. The raw water intake seacock to the head is open and clear of obstruction. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a failed wet/dry cam
The cam is part #20 in the drawing on page 8 in the owners manual Jabsco manual toilet instructions The lever is supposed to move it to allow flush water in (wet mode) or block the flow of flush water, but it's not moving it to let flush water in. Wiggling the lever might unstick it temporarily, but the only cure is a new wet/dry cam assembly (not in the service kit). Call Jabsco...or consider upgrading to a new better quality toilet
