I purchased an electric head conversion kit from Defender on May 27, 2015. My daughter and finance spent the night on the boat the first of August. She told me that they could not get the head to flush after the first night. I tried everything and could not get the head to flush. The amp meter would move all the way over to 50 amps when the button was pushed.
I called Defender and they told me that they would not do anything because the order was over thirty days. I called Jabsco and they not only replaced the motor, but told me how to fix the one I had! I had the new motor in two days; and the trick worked on the old motor, so now I have a replacement if I ever need one. Garhauer worked tirelessly with me during the spring as I replaced lifelines and many other items that needed replacing. I have to tell you that Jabsco and Garhauer are now at the top of my list. These are two companies that embrace and appreciate their customers.
