It's stuck and it won't loosen up!!

The traveller on our Hunter 22 has been frozen up since we purchased it as a fixer upper last year. We've tried BP Blast and a torch to loosen it to no avail. Does anyone have any other ideas for us? It's not great sailing the way it is. Thanks in advance.

traveller cars stuck

I had a traveller car that wouldn't move on my H22- it's a spring loaded mechanism and the spring was warped. I had to hacksaw off the old and replace with a new one which I found at Rig-Rite in Warwick RI (RigRite.com); Fico Track Stop part #NF586-cost was 58 bucks with shipping, pricey but what a pain it was having only one stop that moved
